I became a mental health professional to be able to help those in need. I wanted to be the person that I wish I had in my life in my time of need. My goal in becoming a therapist was to help others in their journey to being happier, and healthier, and managing their mental health journey.
I love to be outdoors, hike, be with my dog, and see friends and family.
I spend at least 30 minutes a day outdoors, whether it be hiking, walking, or just sitting.
