Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused
Whether your depression or anxiety is related to work or school stress, problems in your interpersonal relationships, past or recent trauma, loss, day to day challenges, I am passionate about the work that I do. My goal is to help those I work with feel empowered, as they go through their unique process of healing and growth. My clinical style is client-centered, and I often incorporate practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I enjoy self-care activities, such as going for walks, listening to music, journaling.
I had a pet a couple of years ago. She was my cat named Franchie. She was very loving and playful. I took her in as a newborn kitten, and bottle-fed her. She loved spending time with the family and was the sweetest kitten.
