Like many, I became a mental health professional to help people. I am Latina and a first-generation college student. Growing up in such a diverse city has given me perspective as an individual and as a clinician. I would like to use that to help others feel seen, heard and understood.
I've read The Alchemist twice because it helps to reflect on life's purpose. I have also read the Hunger Games series more than once because of the new book.
I love going to the beach and watching the sunset. I also enjoy my dogs, hiking, trying new foods, exploring different restaurants and coffee shops.
