My therapeutic approach is a combination of solution-focused, strengths-based, and somatic psychotherapy within a cognitive-behavioral framework. My style of therapy is warm, empathic and client-centered. I believe in treating others with respect, dignity and compassion.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. I am a member of this organization which is the first black Greek-lettered organization founded in 1908. The women of this organization has made immeasurable contributions to society, including holding the 2nd highest office in the United States Federal Government, Vice President Kamala Harris.
