Throughout life, we utilize tools we’ve learned along the way as coping methods. But what happens when these tools no longer work? How do we thrive and grow when our usual go-to solutions aren’t helping us? Or, even worse, are holding us back?
I’m a licensed psychotherapist who believes strongly in the power to change our lives and achieve the outcomes we want. My personal and professional journeys have led me to work with others by combining experience, compassion, intuition, and training. My style is interactive; you are very much a part of the journey and our work is tailored to fit your needs. I typically utilize a blend of mindfulness and other evidence-based practices as well as creative strategies. I provide a nonjudgmental place to honor your truth and bring your thoughts and feelings. By getting rid of any shame, you can start to heal, grow and discover that the most important relationship is with yourself. When you can love, appreciate, and live peacefully inside yourself, your ability to connect with others and your true passions can support you in all the right ways. I look forward to speaking with you!
