I am a trauma-informed therapist with an emphasis on early childhood attachment. I wholeheartedly believe that the strength and quality of the therapeutic relationship is essential to creating any lasting and meaningful changes through a person's therapeutic process. That said, my approach is to always meet my clients where they are with compassion and authenticity regardless of whatever issues they might be facing. I believe that my clients hold the answer to their life's questions and that my role is to simply guide them using a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach.
I am committed to holding space for my clients as they process their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, judgement-free zone where they can get curious and better understand themselves all while releasing core beliefs and patterns that hold them back from living a life they deserve. My wish for each of my clients is that they will find a place to heal and reconnect with their most authentic selves.

I have my own history of generational trauma and I always felt like I could connect to and understand other people's pain in a very unique way. I felt like the experiences I had from an early age were a catalyst to becoming very curious as to understanding what drives peoples' behaviors and it sent me on a quest to find healing for myself but to also extend my gifts as an empath to help others heal themselves.
I love yoga and astrology! Some of my favorite things to do are yoga, weight lifting, hiking, traveling, going to the beach with my family and spending quality time with my husband and 3 kids.
Get outside!
This can look like many different things but for me, not having anything on my calendar is my favorite way to recharge. It leaves room for me to do whatever else feels right and enjoyable! This might be going for a hike, going out to lunch with my husband, taking my little one to the park, or planning a weekend getaway with my husband and no kids!
