I have been a practicing clinician since 2013. I graduated from Fordham University with a concentration in clinical social work. As a therapist, I like to learn about your life as a whole. I truly believe that our life experiences, current coping skills, and resources affect the way we live life. I have personal experience with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Trauma and REALLY enjoy working in these areas. I have worked with individuals from all walks of life who are experiencing relationship issues, professional burnout, stress, anxiety and depression.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy. Everyone is a unique individual with unique needs; therefore, I will work with you every step of the way to identify what techniques and therapeutic styles best work for you.

I became a mental health professional to help reduce the stigma surrounding it and because I believe that everyone benefits from mental health support and wellness.
I enjoy walks by the beach with my dog, watching true crime stories, reading and trying new recipes on the weekends.
One thing that I do daily that supports my mental and emotional well being is that I practice gratitude.
Atomic Habits because it helps in building routines that help me with overall wellbeing.
St. Jude's because they provide so much support to children with cancer.
My favorite ways to recharge are turning off my electronics, taking a bubble bath and reading a book while sipping on mint tea.
I have a 7 month old boxer-hound mix who is a rescue.
