I have years of experience working with adults who struggle with depression, substance abuse issues, dual diagnosis, anxiety, trauma, relational problems and life transition issues.
In regards to my style, obtaining a good rapport is key. I seek to meet my clients where they're at, yet challenge them to reach their own treatment goals. I assign therapy homework such as listening to podcast, journaling, self care, practicing skills learned in session in order to help them on their journey.

Initially to help my family until I realized how much I can benefit from mental health services myself. As I have worked through some of my own issues, it has truly helped me to help my own clients on their journey as well.
My interests outside of work include travel, gym, fitness and health, family, spirituality, friends, movies, new restaurants, shopping, the beach, hiking
Treating myself daily to a movie of my choice, keeping a working routine, work-life balance is very important to me.
Maybe not in its entirety, but I would have to say the Bible.
Wounded Warrior and ASPCA - I respect our Veterans and I love animals.
Going to the gym, watching movies, and planning a vacation are all ways I recharge.
