My therapeutic style can be described as client-centered. I am extremely passionate about meeting a client where they are through empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. Additionally, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for the client to share.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy traveling; spending time with family and friends, fine dining and watching interviews and podcasts.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I take deep breaths throughout the day. This provides me the opportunity to reset, recharge and regain my focus.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Bay Area Community Services (BACS), an organization dedicated to helping the marginalized and disenfranchised communities. This organization helps with providing food, clothing and shelter, and mental health resources to the less fortunate.

How do you recharge?

Monthly massages, biweekly mani/pedi, biweekly hair appointments, listening to music daily, attending church weekly, and spending quality time with friends/family
