My counseling style is helping individuals become their best selves. I provide a non-judgmental, transparent environment where you can find it easy to communicate your feelings, fears, and concerns. I assist in helping find the solutions to your problems and the happiness we all strive for. I am driven by the successful outcomes of my client's experience and their efforts towards achieving their goals.
My theoretical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and a Strengths-Based perspective. I have experience working with all ages, from early childhood to older adults. I offer support in various issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, trauma, sexuality, and life's challenges. I specialize in working with people of color and marginalized communities. I look forward to assisting in the journey to healing and happiness.

I enjoy cooking, roller skating, traveling (especially road trips), spa days, aromatherapy, and interior decorating.
Daily meditation supports my mental health and emotional well-being. I also enjoy stargazing and listening to chirping birds when they are visiting certain times of the year.
My favorite organization is Mental Health America because it provides so many resources from housing, employment, and psychotherapy to those struggling with mental health. They also provide a sense of community and belonging for all people no matter the severity of the mental health disorder.
I recharge by taking quarterly vacations either with family, friends or alone. And of course, meditation.
