Therapy Style

I provide a safe and friendly therapeutic environment in which to help my clients address the challenges that are preventing them from living a fulfilling and meaningful life. I utilize several short-term evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to identify the thoughts and emotions that contribute to symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. I have specialized training in providing trauma treatment as well as in working with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ . I also have specialized training in multicultural psychology and working with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) clients.
