I have a Doctorate Degree in Psychology and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with clients via multimedia platforms and assist them in attaining their therapeutic goals by providing more accessibility and an interactive approach. By using diverse methods, I like to work with my clients by helping them find their path to self-discovery, renewed mental health, and counsel them to living emotionally satisfying lives. I maintain a strong foundation in many theoretical approaches but believe in working from an eclectic orientation. I work with my clients utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques to develop individual treatment plans that suit their therapeutic goals and needs, while helping to bring them to a place of healing.
My role as a therapist is to help my clients on their own life journey by exploring various paths and choices. Furthermore, it is my role to assist my clients through current or previous challenges, thus enabling them to move forward on their journey. The focus of my therapy work is to meet my clients where they are at emotionally and follow their pace towards emotional healing.

Travel, writing, and spending time with friends and family
I unplug in the evening and allow myself to be in the present moment with family and friends.
I recharge by exploring new places, even if it is just a day trip to the beach or road trip, it helps to take me out of my daily environment and routine.
