As your therapist, I will meet you where you are at. I consider your strengths and history to help you attain your goals or your desired outcome for therapy. I am compassionate about my clients and love seeing their personal growth in the therapy process. I offer tools and interventions for change.
The therapy modalities that I use are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and a Solution Focused approach toward meeting goals that are created collaboratively. I work with individuals to better communication skills, assertiveness skills, and empowerment for self-esteem building.

I have always been passionate about helping others. Mental health is at the core of everyone, so I was naturally drawn to this field.
I like to hike and take my dog for walks on the beach. I enjoy gardening and volunteering with the homeless.
I take walk breaks during the day, I pray and/or meditate. Creativity is very key in supporting my emotional well being. I like digging in the soil or designing things in my environment.
I recharge by swimming or getting in any form of water like a jacuzzi or a steam room.
