Therapy Style

As a way of survival, people often learn coping mechanisms that no longer help them live the life they want or choose. Therapy helps you rise above your challenges and starts moving towards your ideal life with less suffering and more fulfillment.

You will get a the toolbox of practical actions you need to find your way through difficult feelings and situations and see patterns that you couldn’t on your own.

I’ve helped people learn new ways of coping with the thoughts and feelings that have come from their past. My clients discover that it’s possible to live authentically, to build trust, and have healthy relationships.
