Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), Strengths-based
I offer a warm and welcoming approach to therapy. Authenticity is very important to me. I show up as myself and I hope you can too.
My framework is person-centered and I will remind you of your strengths and resilience. Together we can create tools to move forward during stress and get back to feeling like yourself again.

I have always been drawn to working with others. I hear often I have a calm demeanor and it has been a privilege to provide that presence to others experiencing distress. If I can be a friendly face in a moment of fear and vulnerability, that means the world to me.
Music! Recently began collecting vinyls. I find my happy place is usually a concert or anywhere with live music.
Make my bed. It seems small and silly but it is something I can do daily that is a routine and makes me feel better. Nothing better than walking in from a long day and seeing a freshly made bed!
Alone time is important for me to recharge. Also accompanied with some reality TV. After that, usually spending time with loved ones.
