Octave’s Calming Stormy Waters: How to Regulate Emotions and Reduce Emotional Suffering group provides a safe space to explore and better understand your emotions. By the end of the 9-week group, you will learn essential skills to regulate your emotions, increase your ability to cope with difficult situations, and reduce overall emotional suffering.

Octave’s Relationship Skills Group will help you improve the wellbeing of your relationship with yourself and others. You will learn concrete skills in a supportive setting to improve communication, increase and maintain self respect and respect of others, identify and implement healthy boundaries, accomplish your relationship goals.
