Everyone experiences stress or anxiety, but sometimes the feelings can have negative impacts on your well-being. By building new skills and habits, you’ll be empowered to create lasting, positive change.
For those dealing with mild to moderate stress or anxiety, Octave offers this program aimed at understanding where stress and anxiety show up in your life and learning new tools to deal with current and future challenges.
You’ll meet virtually with a behavioral health coach, with care overseen by a medical doctor, for 30 minutes each week, to set larger goals, learn new strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and determine weekly action steps. The program uses science-backed approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Coaching is designed to fit seamlessly into your day, through focused, 30-minute sessions via video sessions.
Working with mental health coaches can lead to positive results: A recent study showed that nearly 85% of participants in a coaching program experienced improvement in well-being, and nearly 80% saw an improvement in perceived stress levels.
