I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in systemic and relational counseling. While using a blend of techniques and understanding cultural and relational dynamics, I help support clients. My clients are supported in exploring their strengths, fostering connections & growth, and achieving meaningful change. Some areas of focus are: communication, trust, and managing conflict. Some of my passions include enhancing and promoting mental health wellness in the Black community.
