I believe that therapy is the first step in understanding oneself as a whole.

Therapy style
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and adjustment. Therapy is a holistic process that acknowledges our problems and allows us to work on fixing them. Life has its way of messing up all our plans, finding a safe space to disclose our stressors is integral to healing. I work with adults and elderly clients to learn how to heal. I come from a diverse background, I speak Arabic and English fluently, and I'm able to empathize and sympathize with different cultures and backgrounds. I believe that therapy is the first step in understanding oneself as a whole.
