Since gaining my master’s degree in social work, I have been an individual therapist, done home visits for abused and neglected kids, and worked at a hospital for years. I have experience in medical conditions, death and dying, and difficult family dynamics. I am a strengths-based therapist who wants to learn about clients' lives and be able to help them gain larger perspectives about themselves in the world. I like to utilize mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic practices in our work.
