I provide structured, engaged, and emotionally attuned therapy for clients ready to participate actively in the work of change. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative, with attention to pacing, accountability, and nervous system regulation. Therapy is intentional and focused, balancing insight with action. I work best with clients who show up consistently, reflect honestly, and take an active role in their treatment rather than expecting therapy to be passive or corrective.

My goal is to empower clients to take control and manage their symptoms independently. I help clients gain insight into their challenges and how they experience mental health symptoms in their lives. I provide psychoeducation to support this insight and work with clients to develop concrete coping skills. Together, we identify short- and long-term goals for therapy and stay focused on achieving them. Clients can increase their emotional intelligence as they learn to manage daily stressors.

Welcome! I know early adulthood can be a lot. Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure about what you’re “supposed” to be doing is more common than you think. I work with young adults (18–25) navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression, offering a supportive, down-to-earth space to talk things through and build practical tools for everyday life. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy—just a willingness to show up. Life is easier when you don’t have to go through it alone.

My deep belief, rooted in both my practice as a therapist and in my experience healing my own trauma, is that our brains and bodies have the innate ability to heal from trauma when provided with a safe enough space to connect to and experience our internal world. As human beings, we are neurobiologically wired to be in relationships with others. For that reason, I have also learned that a key aspect of trauma recovery involves being in the presence of someone who can create safety and hold space for us to explore our own internal landscapes, somatically experiencing and releasing unprocessed emotions, and the stuck survival response trapped in the body. In therapy, I take a person-centered approach—you’ll get a chance to share all of your feelings and be heard and understood. I consider my approach holistic and integrative, using interventions informed by Polyvagal Theory and different experiential and body-based modalities such as Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). We will collaborate on what approach will be helpful and when. This collaboration will help us feel on the same page and help you feel more connected to yourself and more clear and confident about the therapy process. If you are open to approaches that are alternative to traditional talk therapy and ‘ready to do the work,’ I’d be honored to hold space for you!
