Everyone can benefit from learning new skills to better manage daily life and relationships.
Workshops are one-time events that allow you to dive into a particular topic, gain some new strategies for dealing with stress or anxiety, and ask questions of our experts.
Designed by licensed therapists, Octave’s workshops are typically 1-hour sessions focused on skills-building or education around specific mental health topics. Workshops are held either as limited in-person events in our clinics, or larger virtual events. All workshops require pre-registration.
If needed, these sessions can be done alongside individual therapy with another Octave provider.
