I am not a passive or silent therapist who only listens; my role is to help create structure in therapy conversations and to help clients make sense of their goals and concerns. I focus on helping male clients and have particular specialties in gay men's issues, low self-esteem, existential concerns, and Autism. I have worked as a therapist for over 15 years and have much experience treating clients from a humanistic person-centered and Solution-focused approach to therapy.
