We protect our employees’ time, so they can provide the best care for their clients. Employed therapists have a capped number of cases at a time, and contract therapists can choose how many case slots they’d like to make available.
We handle all the onboarding, billing, and logistics, so you can focus on care. We’ve assembled expert teams across tech, product, operations, and care navigation to partner with you on supporting the client.
Join our team as a full-time employee, or as a contractor who chooses your hours. Scale up or scale down as life circumstances change. We’ll work with you on an employment plan that makes sense for you.
Octave employees will have the option to work virtually, at our physical clinics in California and New York, or a hybrid of both.

Therapists have the option to join Octave as a 1099 consultant. This is a great opportunity to keep your private practice, while creating a path for clients to access your services through insurance.
Contract providers would join our Virtual Clinic and be able to set their own hours and caseload preferences.
