By referring your patients to Octave, they'll get access to a carefully selected group of therapists and a full range of specialties. We partner with clients to create personalized plans that help them feel better, faster.
Insurance-Friendly
Clients can access in-network care with Aetna and Cigna Healthcare insurance plans in all our locations, plus more plans in specific states. And we continue to expand our payor network every day.

Multiple Service Lines
We can address a spectrum of mental health needs through individual, couples, and family therapy. We also have a diverse referral network if we are unable to provide the appropriate care.

We are growing quickly to expand access to high-quality care.
We are currently in-network with multiple employer-sponsored insurance plans, and have teamed up with Evernorth Behavioral Care Group to deliver care to Cigna Healthcare members. Co-pays and deductibles for our services range based on specific coverage. Once a referral is received, our Client Experience team will reach out to the client within 1 business day to answer questions and help with their intake process.
Our intake process starts with a short questionnaire to identify each client's unique needs and preferences, so we can best match them with the right provider. If needed, a Care Navigator will follow up with a live consultation call.
Time from referral to first visit depends on the client’s needs, but typically we’re able to get a new client into care within 10 business days.
Individual Therapy: $170-250/session
Couples or Family Therapy: $190-275/session
