My Therapy Style
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who has enjoyed working with people of all ages for the past 10 + years. I have years of experience working with Law Enforcement agencies. I am truly passionate about working with couples (including polyamorous and ENM), women's issues, parenting, and life transitions. I enjoy and have experience using different therapies to individualize the needs and goals of my clients. I am passionate about mental health and believe in working with our mind, body, and spirit to help clients reach their goals. I am a body and sex-positive and LGBTQ ally.

Why did you become a mental health professional?
I wanted to become an advocate and voice for those who felt they could not voice their wants, needs, and opinions. I wanted to help others feel safe.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love hanging out with my 3 kiddos, reading, swimming, going for walks, and traveling when able.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
I meditate daily and check in with myself.
How do you recharge?
Hanging out with friends and laughing a lot. Sometimes I need some alone time to help recharge.
