Motivational interviewing (MI), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. I am working on getting a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis on Performance, as I am committed to a lifetime of professional growth and development. During my internship at the Department of Mental Health and Harbor UCLA, I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe each individual is unique, and I use an eclectic approach when developing interventions for my clients.

I became a mental health professional because I want to help others struggling with various stressors in life, and I want people to know that going through difficult times is normal and there is help.
My interests outside of work include watching sports, spending time with my family, and catching up on sleep whenever possible.
I recharge by going on walks and spending time with my loved ones.
