My experience includes working with adult addicts for an outpatient treatment center, couples and families through the school-based and special education programs at a family services agency, and one-on-one therapeutic sessions with kids, teens, and adults utilizing both in-person and virtual modes of service.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I resonate and am fulfilled by being of service and helping others.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love to play and watch soccer. I appreciate congregating with close friends, stimulating conversation, and laughing.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I find that being active and working out support my mental and emotional well-being.

What book have you read more than once?

Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. I enjoy reading this book because I am effortlessly transported to an enchanting new world every time I read it.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

The Family Service Agency of Burbank non-profit organization, because they work hard to provide access to support and therapeutic services to children, teens, and adults in the community.

How do you recharge?

I enjoy slowing down and experiencing nature, be it the water or the mountains. I appreciate the restorative effects of solitude.
