I take an eclectic, strengths-based, approach in working with people, and incorporate a recovery perspective that facilitates healing and personal growth. All of us are in recovery from some type of difficulty – managing intense emotions, struggles with self-doubt, substances, or change in relationships – and having a safe and empathetic space to explore these aspects of our lives can be transformative.
