I have a decade of experience with a diverse clinical background, I use evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to each individual's unique needs, helping them build resilience, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self. As a provider, I have worked in all treatment capacities, offering a comprehensive, whole-person approach to meet the complexities of those who reach out for help. I believe my upbringing and personal experiences contribute to my ability to provide a sincere, nonjudgmental approach with a genuine, optimistic attitude toward one's ability to change the trajectory of their life.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I wanted to become a mental health professional because I found a true passion in helping others navigate life stressors and overcoming challenges. I think this profession is whole-heartedly rewarding and being naturally personable, non-judgmental, and able to connect with people with an optimistic approach has provided a rewarding experience as a provider.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy everything sunshine and water, particularly Jetskiing and beach days!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I regularly work out and go for runs outside with music in my ears!

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Any organization related to increasing awareness, education, and support for the opiate epidemic. I've unfortunately endured many losses related to accidental overdose and am passionate about the cause.

How do you recharge?

Sunshine, water, and time with my kids!

Do you have any pets?

I have a tiny 12-year-old Yorkie named Jake Dee!
