I love offering a safe and supportive space to process relationships, anxiety, depression, and other difficulties that can come as you navigate life and the constant changes and shifts that occur. My goal is to provide you with skills and perspective as you work towards your best self.
I primarily use talk therapy and lean towards a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered approach in my technique, but often shake things up depending on your needs. I love working with clients to discover and focus on strengths and solutions. I am passionate about working with adults going through life transitions.

Working within a helping profession has always been something I have been drawn to as someone with a natural desire to help and an ability to see people for who they are and are capable of being.
I love spending time in nature on walks, hikes, or gardening. I believe sunshine feeds the soul. I enjoy spending time with family and friends having dinners and game nights or a cozy night reading or binge-watching a good show.
I make sure to talk to some of my best friends who live far away and I enjoy starting the day with coffee and always making sure to get outside most days regardless of weather!
Quality time with my favorite people always centers me back to a positive mindset, even after a long day.
I have two dogs who are both the most lovable empathetic beings and also a source of helping me lose my marbles with their quirks! My pups do not have any understanding of personal space and are determined to be lap dogs despite their size.
