Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
My clients often appreciate how we can create a safe space where they can comfortably share their experiences. Clients typically enjoy learning and developing practical tools in order to create an improved lifestyle. In building a deeper connection, we can explore the tools you currently use, and collectively figure out the ones that work for you, as well as those that may need to be updated. I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic lens as I believe that our thoughts are connected to our behavior, mood, and engagement in life (school, work, relationships), therefore building a healthier mindset is key to transformation.
I also incorporate the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to build upon a "toolbox" of coping skills to learn how to manage mood, relationships, and stress successfully. Together, we will identify patterns throughout your life, create a plan of action, and come to a place where you feel stronger, confident, and capable of significant change. If you feel that you are ready to take charge of your life, and create a new path that invites in strength, tranquility, and pleasure...whatever it is you may be looking for, I'm here to support you through this journey.

I wanted to be in the helping field from a young age, and throughout college, it became clearer to me that therapy was what I wanted to do. I find joy in supporting others in being able to establish a life that is theirs, with no judgment, and the ability to find peace and happiness is the foundation for a successful life.
I love the outdoors (hiking, beach, any place with sunshine), time spent with friends and family, restaurant hopping (I'm a foodie), cooking, watching crime/thriller/drama/comedy shows or movies, and really trying to work on bettering my green thumb skills.
Sleep! Also trying to make time to recharge by traveling and seeing the world.
I have 2 French Bulldogs. Yoda is 4 yo handsome guy, and I recently just got a puppy, her name is Cola, 7 months. Seeing them interact each day really brings warmth and laughter into my life, Cola is a wild little thing, but she has brought out a sweet and loving side of Yoda which always makes me smile.
