I like to help clients find their way to themselves, during times that are difficult, or life transitions. I work by collaborating with the client. We set goals together and we check in during each session to see if we are heading in the direction we set. We will focus on solutions, self-care, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as the Somatic Experiencing approach, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. In addition, I like working with clients who may be in the sports world or who have a sports mentality and may seem stuck or on a plateau. I will help you move forward.
