Why did you become a mental health professional?

I love helping people understand their thoughts and emotions better so that they can have a better quality of life. I also believe counseling is the most rewarding career. I am empathetic and I have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What are your interests outside of work?

Traveling, spending time with my family, reading, learning about other cultures, meditation, and journaling.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I listen to music and I meditate on a daily basis. I also love cooking healthy recipes. I believe food and music help bring people from all over the world closer together.

How do you recharge?

I love traveling and visiting different places so I can get recharged and also meet new people. I also love watching foreign movies because they provide us with an opportunity to learn about other cultures.
