Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Harm Reduction, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I meet my clients where they are, empowering them in their autonomy to courageously overcome their challenges. It is my belief that the key to finding oneself is through the lenses of one’s circumstances. Using a warm, collaborative, client-centered approach, I strive to provide my clients the opportunity to improve their lives and relationships through awareness, self-discovery, and compassion. In co-creating a space for healing to occur, I invite my clients to discover their preferred vision for themselves and/or relationships and new ways of feeling better about life-altering experiences.

In my free time, I enjoy being out and about in nature as much as possible. In the winter, I can likely be found on the slopes snowboarding or cozying up in a warm cabin. In the summer, I shift my focus to camping, hiking, and swimming in one of our many national forests here in California.
After a long day, I look forward to getting a quick workout in before watching my favorite NBA team play.
