Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I have extensive experience working with youth, adolescents, individuals, and families in public agency and community-based settings. I am passionate about supporting clients through life difficulties and transitions.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, culturally-humble, humanistic perspective: focusing on radical acceptance and self-compassion. My therapy style is collaborative, genuine, relational, and evidenced-based. I aim to help individuals live the life they envision for themselves using interventions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Ego State, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I connect with loved ones to keep me grounded.
Siddartha by Hesse is one I revisit because it reminds me it is okay to be wherever I am on my journey.
I walk by the water, listen to music, or read.
