My approach is warm and collaborative. I think that humor can be incredibly healing and I incorporate it when appropriate. I strongly believe that it's the authentic connection between the therapist and the client that ultimately is the most healing aspect of therapy - so my first priority is always creating a safe, cozy space where you can feel seen and understood without judgment. I am constantly curious and have sought training in many therapeutic modalities so my approach is never one-size-fits-all. Instead, I create a tailored approach customized to your unique personality and life circumstances.

I became a therapist because helping people has always been something I've been immensely passionate about and has come naturally to me from a young age. My mission in life is to help as many people as I can on their journeys towards self-love and inner-peace.
I love cooking, animals, traveling, comedy, plays, movies, reading, writing, and learning languages. From a mental health perspective, I love cultivating meaningful connections and engaging in mindfulness practices (meditation / breath work / sound baths / etc)!
I journal the following things every morning as I drink my tea: 1. What I'm grateful for 2. My intentions for the day 3. Affirmations 4. Manifestations
Many! My top two are - 1. Ella Enchanted: This was my favorite childhood book. I absolutely love the characters - especially Ella - and find so much comfort in the fictional world of Frell. 2. The Name of the Wind: This is hands-down my favorite book. The writing is beautiful, the characters are excellent, and the world-building is impeccable.
I love Wags & Walks — which is where I got my beloved dog, Pinot :). They are a wonderful organization.
I definitely recharge best when I'm alone, reading, listening to music, watching something funny, cooking a tasty meal, walking the dog while listening to a podcast, whatever I'm in the mood for!
I have a dog, Pinot, and a cat, TurboRaptor. They are both so funny and bring me so much joy.
