I love to work with all humans working through issues related to self-worth, relationships, identity, anxiety, etc. I want to provide that safe space that may be missing. My goal is to help adults become introspective and limit the recreation of learned patterns. I am here to help you make a change for the better. I am a strong believer in individual autonomy and the power we have over our own lives. My mantra is, "When you focus on the good, the good gets better". I will help you to find the good in your life and reframe your perspective to focus on this. I am here for you.

In college, a psychologist that I was working with changed my life for the better. I decided from there on out that I wanted to help others in the same way he helped me.
Yoga, flag football, rollerblading, music festivals, live music, reading, and watching professional and collegiate football!
I go on a daily walk, journal, and do some sort of physical activity.
The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown (actually all of her books). She is my idol! I believe that her nuggets of information continue to help both myself and my clients.
I recharge by spending time with others to recharge my social battery. I also will spend time reading to relax.
I have the sweetest 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle. He sticks by my side at all times and is in tune with my emotions.
