Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because I enjoy working with people and helping them find solutions to their problems and move forward in their recovery.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with husband, children, and grandchildren.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

FaceTime my grandchildren, practice mindfulness, and I also love to spend time with my dogs.

NAMI because they not only provide support and resources to the clients, but they are also there for their families.
