I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and an Endorsed Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Professional who takes a family-systems approach in my work, with a cognitive-behavioral orientation. My therapy style is empathetic and transparent, client-centered, and focused on instilling hope through a sense of empowerment in all. My experiences include working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as addressing stress management of parents with infants/young children.
