I take a warm, empathic, unconditional stance in my therapeutic approach. My client is the expert in their life and I will help guide them to connect with their strengths while providing warmth and safety in the therapeutic alliance. We will reach for evidence based practices, explore needs, and work towards set goals. I encourage an open and trusting relationship through frequent check-ins regarding client’s perspective on what is working well or not.

I enjoy outdoor activities, attending music events, exploring food festivals, consuming literature, and discovering new films.
I make sure to reflect on several gratitude points each morning and I end my day with a mindful self reflection.
I recharge by being in nature, connecting with my loved ones, making space for daily mindfulness, and maintaining a healthy sleep routine.
I have an 8 month old toy poodle and she is absolutely in love with water. No matter if it is a heated pool, the shower, or a bath - it is impossible to keep her out. It is almost equally impossible for her to refrain from snoozing. I guess she finds the water to be very soothing!
