What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy outdoor activities, attending music events, exploring food festivals, consuming literature, and discovering new films.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I make sure to reflect on several gratitude points each morning and I end my day with a mindful self reflection.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by being in nature, connecting with my loved ones, making space for daily mindfulness, and maintaining a healthy sleep routine.

Do you have any pets?

I have an 8 month old toy poodle and she is absolutely in love with water. No matter if it is a heated pool, the shower, or a bath - it is impossible to keep her out. It is almost equally impossible for her to refrain from snoozing. I guess she finds the water to be very soothing!
