Throughout my experience as a therapist, I have been able to develop a diverse and holistic approach to treatment by getting to know all aspects of my client’s life. I am a straight-forward therapist, while still respecting and understanding where my client is in the present moment and letting them take the lead. My ability to incorporate different treatment approaches allows me to individualize treatment for each client to meet their needs. I pride myself on providing a safe and empathic space for my clients to engage in self-discovery. I have 8+ years of experience varying from community, outpatient, inpatient, and group/private practice.

From my experience of sitting on the other side of the couch, I know what it feels like to be vulnerable. I feel not enough people get the opportunity to have a safe space to process. I wanted to be able to be that space of safety in a world that can come with demands and judgment.
I am a new mother, so I currently enjoy spending my freetime with my daughter and family. My personal self-care varies from exercising, reading a good book, and going out to dinner.
I regularly engage in movement, whether that is a full workout or just a walk around the block. Getting my body moving helps me feel connected and grounded. Also, not a day goes by where I am not playing music. I love to fill my space with good music to set the tone for my day.
My favorite book is House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende. This book goes through generations of a Latin family and growing up it felt so relatable as a woman of Mexican decent. It ties in woman empowerment, generational trauma, maschismo, and family tradition and expectation.
Children's Hospital Los Angeles. No human being, let alone a child, deserves to spend their time in a hospital and in suffering. I have personally witnessed the care and support they have provided of children of friends and it is wonderful.
I recharge by getting out of my house and engaging with nature.
