I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment and relationship with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and more successful methods. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am focused on working with those who are going through major changes, seeking to improve their coping skills, and changing behaviors that no longer serve them. You can expect to use workbooks, readings, writing, and art exercises.
