My Therapy Style

Becoming licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 1996, I have spent these past 25 years plus listening and collaborating with clients on a road to optimal mental and emotional fitness, achieving genuine joy each day.

The statement I hear most is "I am always glad to see you and feel so much better after each time we meet!"

If we've collectively learned one thing from the past three years, it's how much better we are working together than isolating and trying to do everything on our own. I so look forward to meeting you soon!
