I intend to empower you with tools for healing, change, and personal fulfillment. I provide a holistic approach that combines ancient traditions with evidence-based practices. My specialties include Spiritual Psychology and working with Women of Color.
I believe everyone has the wisdom within themselves to know what is needed for healing and transformation. Courageously accepting an invitation to explore your unique path in this human experience can expand your view of seeing all the different ways you can show up for life.
On this journey, we will explore what is important to you and examine where change is desired. Some topics may include, relationships with our habits and fears, increasing understanding of the guidance system of our emotions, and accessing our innate wisdom.
The unique space and conditions each needs to heal and transform are of great importance in facilitating this process of internal alchemy. This integrative style of practice is conducted in an environment that is safe, nurturing, compassionate, peaceful, non-judgmental, and non-shaming.

I love music, nature, adventure, and the healing power of laughter.
When I feel off balance, connecting with my breath and coming to a place of stillness helps me to reset and re-center. Breathwork is amazing, powerful, and always right there with you, so the practice is always available. When it doubt, find your breath.
I have read The 5th Agreement: A Practical Guide to Self Mastery at different stages of life. Each time has felt like reading a whole new book with new treasures of insights to learn from. I love how the book not only connects us with the wisdom of ancestors but also offers practical ways to integrate ancestral wisdom into our modern world and everyday lives.
I recharge by making time to connect with spirit through music, dance, creativity, meditation, reflection, ritual, writing, nature, and friendships that make you laugh so hard it hurts.
