It is my greatest privilege to hear your story. I view therapy as a collaborative process—you are unique and I want to learn about your experiences and views. I tailor my approach to best fit your strengths, needs, and goals. As a therapist, I create a non-judgmental space through curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. I hope to cultivate a strong relationship through trust and authenticity. I am not here to give you the answers, but I am here to help you gain a deeper self-understanding and learn tools to create the life you want.

I knew in high school that I wanted to be a therapist. I have always loved hearing people's stories and being a support for those around me. Having a few family members struggle with their mental health taught me the importance of mental health at a young age.
When I am not seeing clients, you can find me roaming a museum, camping in the wilderness, riding my bike down a mountain, sweating it out in hot yoga, traveling, skipping around Disneyland, or reading a good book.
I practice gratitude every morning and it has made such a difference throughout my day.
Hands down Harry Potter. I found a community on and off the page through. I didn't feel as alone at a time in life that I needed it. In college, I even took two college courses on Harry Potter.
National Park Foundation. The land cannot advocate for itself so I feel strongly about giving it a voice and supporting it. I believe that the landscapes, ecosystems, and historical sites need to be protected for generations to come.
Moving my body through getting out in nature, yoga, or pilates is my biggest recharge and reset.
I am a lucky dog mom to a sweet, mini Goldendoodle. Daily walks or hikes with her are my favorite. She loves to explore as much as I do.
