I utilize a holistic, client-centered, and strengths-based approach to help clients tap into their personal empowerment to overcome adverse life events. My interventions are focused on helping clients heal by reclaiming their stories, increasing self-awareness and identity empowerment, as well as introducing skills to help manage mental health symptoms and overwhelming emotional experiences.

I was inspired to become a therapist by my parents, growing up my mother was a social worker and my father worked at the Department of Social Services.
I enjoy spending time with my partner, my dog, reading, science-fiction, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
I take my dog for long walks.
Milk & Honey by Rupi Kaur. I consider it a masterpiece around identity, pain and empowerment.
My favorite non-profit is Planned Parenthood because they are the leading advocates and providers for women and queer health in the nation.
I recharge by lighting candles, putting on some lavender lotion and reading a good book or watching a show about space.
My dog's name is Bo, he is a rescue I have had for almost 3 years. He is the light of my life. It makes me smile that he remembers where my friends / families live or their cars and will memorize good experiences, so that when people he hasn't seen in a while or places he hasn't gone in a while happen again, he completely remembers and gets incredibly excited for the reunion.
