I am an active and empathetic therapist. When treating clients, I like to get to the root of issues and I believe in giving my clients evidence-based strategies to build better coping mechanisms. I believe in setting individualized goals for therapy that use the client's strengths. I also use homework to support the work being done in treatment. I have always prided myself for offering a safe, caring, and supportive space. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship.

I have wanted to work as a therapist for as far back as I can remember. Besides finding fulfillment in helping people, like many others of us in this profession, I wanted to understand myself.
I am an accomplished equestrian, I enjoy working out, both in the gym and outdoors. I love reading, cooking, and being with friends and family. During the pandemic, I became an avid gardener and am running out of lawn space!
Yoga! At least once a day, even if its for ten minutes. I find it incredibly calming.
The Mists of Avalon. Its about the legend of King Arthur, I love all the pagan lore. The lead character is a strong woman. When I first read it as an adolescent, it gave me someone to look up to and was a place I could escape to.
Breast cancer research. I donate to them frequently as I had breast cancer in 2013 and am doing fantastic thanks to my doctors.
