I am cognizant of multiple realities that shift and differ pertaining to one's life experiences, socioeconomic status, citizenship, gender, ethnicity, and race, I apply culturally informed practices to assist in navigating through multiple forms of anxiety, depression, grief/loss relationship/couples issues, family strain, substance dependency/abuse and traumas. I provide mental justice and wellness to BIPOC individuals, families, and communities. I am a culturally centered, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive provider who utilizes clinical and decolonialized approaches so that we as a community can reclaim and experience transformative healing.
