Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), Psychodynamic
My therapeutic style is tailored specifically to each individual I am working with. I tend to utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as my foundation to address negative thoughts impacting specific behaviors for desired change. I also utilize a psychodynamic approach, which focuses on understanding the deeper meaning of emotions and how those emotions impact desired outcomes. I am client-centered and focused on your particular needs for the present moment.

My interest outside of work are traveling, visiting local coffee shops, walking in nature, and sporting events.
I journal daily and spend time with spiritual practices. I also go on daily walks to get sunlight and fresh air.
I usually read books once and take notes on what stands out to me. I do this so because I like new things and move forward with new books.
